When do I need to pay my bill?
Payment is expected at the time of service for the full amount.
Can I only pay my co-pay?
Our practice does not accept health insurance plans with the exception of Santa Barbara IPA – which plan requires that you first consult with your primary care physician for referral to our office.
The only other insurance plan we accept, is auto medical pay coverage which enables you to get treatment for auto accident related injuries. We also will accept a lien on most auto accident cases if you have an attorney representing you.
Aside from the above options, patients are responsible for their full portion of the bill. If needed, payment plan options are also available.
What if I need help understanding the bill and my insurance?
A billing specialist on our staff is available to assist you with any billing concerns or questions. We will generate a full claim that we can mail for you, but we expect full payment at the time of service or signing onto a payment plan.
